She brings 15 years of experience in administration with a specialised focus on coordination and patient support, having completed a Certificate IV in Business and Certificate III in Medical Administration.

As a dedicated professional, Jenayah plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinic activities, collaborating closely with physicians and nurses to enhance the overall quality of patient care. Thanks to many within her inner circle navigating their own reproductive health journey, she possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and sensitivities associated with fertility care, thus striving to offer compassionate assistance to patients to come through Oasis’ doors. 

Jenayah is known for her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to provide empathetic support to individuals and couples seeking treatment. She is committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment within the clinic, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected throughout their fertility treatment experience.
