With a career spanning science, healthcare and family support, Natasha brings a unique mix of professional experience, compassion and a genuine passion for helping people to her role as a Medical Receptionist at Oasis Fertility Centre.

She has a degree in Molecular Genetics and spent more than 13 years working across Microbiology, Forensics and Biotechnology. Her scientific background has given her a strong appreciation for the science behind medicine, as well as a keen eye for detail and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.

After many years in science, Natasha moved into the not-for-profit sector, where she spent 10 years working for HeartKids alongside the Paediatric Cardiology Unit at Perth Children’s Hospital. Supporting families of children with Congenital Heart Disease was a particularly meaningful part of her career. It gave her a deep understanding of how important it is to feel heard, supported and cared for when navigating a difficult or uncertain time.

She brings that same warmth and understanding to her role at Oasis. She recognises that every fertility journey is different and that, for many people, it can be an emotional and deeply personal experience. She enjoys being able to offer a friendly face, a listening ear and a sense of reassurance throughout the patient journey.

Outside of work, Tash loves keeping active at the gym and is always up for a challenge. She particularly enjoys taking on challenges that push her outside her comfort zone, trying new things and seeing just how far she can push herself.
