Our Success Rate

Understanding IVF success rates can be overwhelming. Every fertility journey is unique, and outcomes are influenced by several factors, such as age, weight, and the underlying cause of infertility. While success rates offer useful benchmarks, they may not fully reflect your individual circumstances.

In Australia and New Zealand, accredited fertility clinics submit treatment data to the University of NSW National Perinatal Epidemiology and Statistics Unit. These figures are compiled annually in the Australian and New Zealand Assisted Reproduction Database report, accessible via the government-funded website YourIVFSuccess.com.au. This independent resource provides invaluable insights into fertility clinic performance nationwide.

At Oasis Fertility Centre, we’re proud of our exceptional patient outcomes, reflecting our dedication to cutting-edge reproductive medicine. As a newly established clinic, we can’t yet provide you with live birth results until our first-year of pregnancies are delivered. However, the table below shows our clinical pregnancy rate per individual treatment attempt so far in 2024 alongside the latest published ANZARD treatment data for 2023. Our experienced fertility specialists are here to provide tailored guidance, helping you understand how general benchmarks relate to your unique situation.

*NOTE: The Oasis clinical pregnancy rate is based on 171 individual treatment attempts. This measure shows the chance of a clinical pregnancy from each individual treatment attempt involving an intended embryo transfer that was started in one year at Oasis Fertility Centre. This includes both egg retrievals performed with the intention of transferring a fresh embryo and cycles where frozen embryos were thawed with the intention of transfer. Sometimes no embryo transfer procedure takes place because the IVF treatment is cancelled before egg retrieval or suitable embryos are not available. Any cycles where the treatment is cancelled, or all eggs or embryos were frozen for later use are not considered individual treatment attempts.

Our commitment goes beyond numbers. From your first consultation to ongoing care, our team is dedicated to supporting you at every step of your IVF journey. We ensure you feel informed, empowered, and cared for throughout the process.

It’s important to note that while we strive to maximise your chances of success, fertility treatments do not guarantee specific outcomes. Each cycle is different, and results can vary—some may not lead to egg collection, fertilisation, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, pregnancy, or live birth. Success rates depend on many individual factors.

For an additional resource, the Your IVF Success Estimator can help you estimate your likelihood of achieving a pregnancy. This tool considers your specific characteristics alongside national data to provide a personalised prediction.
