
Karly Merritt
Karly is a valued member of the embryology team at Oasis Fertility Centre, specialising in andrology and the critical role male reproductive health plays in fertility outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, majoring in Human Biology and Anatomy, as well as Public Health, providing her with a strong foundation in both reproductive science and patient-centred care.
Karly is a member of the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ), Scientists in Reproductive Technology (SIRT), and the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS), reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and ongoing development within the fertility field.
In addition to her andrology work, Karly plays an important role in the coordination and handling of embryos and gametes for transport to and from Oasis, helping ensure a smooth and efficient treatment journey. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and strives to ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and at ease throughout their experience.
