Niamh Hardiman

Embryologist
BAgrSc, MAgrSc (UCD)

Niamh is an experienced embryologist who has worked across multiple IVF clinics in
Ireland and is now based at Oasis Fertility Centre in Perth. She is a dedicated embryologist
with over 7 years of experience across a diverse range of embryology and andrology
procedures. Niamh graduated from University College Dublin with First Class Honours in
Animal Science before completing a Master’s degree focused on reproductive physiology,
graduating with distinction. She is passionate about combining scientific excellence with
compassionate patient care and takes pride in supporting individuals and couples
throughout their fertility journey.

Niamh is affiliated with the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ), the
Society for Reproductive Technology (SIRT), and the Australian Institute of Medical and
Clinical Scientists, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care
and staying at the forefront of reproductive science.

Having personally experienced stage 4 endometriosis and undergone fertility treatment
herself, Niamh has a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges many
patients face throughout their fertility journey. Her lived experience allows her to approach
patient care with genuine empathy, compassion, and insight, helping patients feel
supported and understood during their time at Oasis Fertility Centre.
